Blueberry Pie



Blueberry Pie

1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1/5 teaspoon salt
1/5 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can blueberries
1 1/2 tbsp butter

Combine sugar, flour, salt & cinnamon.  Stir into liquid drained from blueberries; heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.  Add berries and butter, mixing gently, pour into unbaked pastry shell & cover with top crust.  Bake 400 F. 30 min.  Makes one 8 in pie.  One tsp lemon juice may be added if desired.
