Chili Mussels



Chili Mussels

2 lb mussels
12 oz marinara sauce
½ chopped yellow onion
½ cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Sweet chili sauce to taste

In a large pan or wok, heat oil and add mussels.  Keep the mussels moving in the pan, then add the garlic and onion.  When mussels start to open add the wine and reduce.   Add marinara sauce and chili, and adjust seasoning to taste.  Serve on a bed of long pasta.
